You have worked too hard for too long and you lack the proper amount of rest to recover.  You are prone to adrenal fatigue, low progesterone or testosterone, low sperm count, premature ejaculation, impotence, and infertility.  You are sensitive to cold weather and feel better in the warmer months.  Your lower back and knees tend to feel cold and achy.

  • Fruits: cherries, grapes, mulberries

  • Nuts/seeds: chestnuts, lotus seeds, walnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds

  • Beans/legumes: black beans, lentils

  • Herbs/spices: basil, black pepper, chives, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, ginger, sea salt
