Black Bean Delight Soup

This easy-to-make soup combines black beans, corn, and quinoa to strengthen the kidneys and adrenals.


  • 3 cans organic low-sodium black beans, drained

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken bone broth

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 2 tsp coriander

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • pinch of black pepper

  • 1 cup frozen organic corn

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa


Add all ingredients in to instant pot except corn and quinoa. Seal the pot and set to manual for 6 minutes. When timer beeps, let it sit in the pot for 10 minutes before releasing the pressure valve. Press the saute button and stir in corn and quinoa. Cook for an additional 3 minutes and then ladle into bowls and serve.
