Pump the Blood Pickled Radishes

Radishes and vinegar help to move blood through the heart. This simple recipe can be used as a side dish or condiment to any dish.


  • 4-6 radishes, ends trimmed & sliced thin

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 3/4 tsp sea salt


Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes.
